Partner of the company Malicki and Partners. He specializes in court proceedings, in particular in the field of criminal law, criminal business law, bankruptcy and corrective law, and construction law. He also deals with financial settlements between entrepreneurs and matters regarding the regulation of the legal status of property in favor of institutions and individuals. In addition, he represents the parties in inheritance matters.
He is an active member of the Western Chamber of Commerce and the author of many publications in the field of criminal and criminal economic law. He has completed numerous internships at banking institutions, at the Ministry of the Interior Affairs and for the UNICEF humanitarian organization.
A graduate of the Law Faculty at the University of Bialystok, the University of Warsaw and the University of Zurich. He has entered the list of attorneys since 2013.
In his free time he rides a bike, and his special passion are routes around lakes in Poland and Europe. His passion is also hiking in the mountains – especially along the Alpine routes – and cross-country skis.
