On June 9, 2017, the Company’s Partners – Associate Founder Andrzej Malicki, Senior Partner Rafał Bałkowski and partners of dr. Anna Malicka-Ochtera and Marcin Ochtera – together with the company’s employees and distinguished guests, met in the
Dwór Polski in Wroclaw, on the anniversary celebrations of the Company’s activity of Malicki and Partners Advocates.
The meeting was graced with the performance of the outstanding actor of the Musical Theater in Poznań – Jacek Ryś. The cooperating attorneys, friends and clients of the Company appeared together, who enjoyed their time until the morning accompanied by the TICTAK band, tasty dishes and delicious drinks.

On Saturday, June 16, on the Tadka Jasińskiego boulevard, at the intersection of the Staromiejska promenade with Krupnicza Street, a monument of Ignacy Jan Paderewski made by the sculptor Tomasz Wenklar was unveiled. The ceremony was attended by president Rafał Dutkiewicz and funders of the initiative – Business Icons, of which lawer Andrzej Malicki, is a member. The erection of Paderewski’s bust is to commemorate the anniversary of the liberation of Poland after 123 years of captivity. This is one of the elements of the celebrations in Wrocław Independence Day in 2018.

Adv. Andrzej Malicki, a long-time didactic teacher, on November 13, 2018 gave a guest lecture as part of the training for 1st and 2nd year applicants at the headquarters of the District Bar Council in Wałbrzych. The subject of the speech was the criminal’s criminal responsibility for the error. The lecture touched upon a number of issues related to broadly understood medical law and the doctor’s responsibility. As part of the speech, particular attention was paid to the issue of a diligent doctor’s pattern, types of physician’s responsibility and legal acts constituting their source and categories of medical errors. The entire lecture was supported by numerous practical references to medical problems conducted in the course of his professional career.
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Revived Advocacy, held during the entire year of the 26th edition of the EnergaCAMERIMAGE Film Art Festival, a review of legal films under the name “On guard of our rights” was organized. The aim of the projection was to present the viewers with the work and devotion of “people of justice” with which they fulfill their duties. During the inauguration there were premieres of British production titled “The Children Act” (directed by R. Eyre) and “Roman J. Israel, Esq.” (Directed by D. Gilroy).
After the screening a discussion panel took place titled “How does the law inspire filmmakers?”, attended by adv. Andrzej Malicki – co-creator of the screenplay of the movie “Bezmiar sprawiedliwość” (directed by W. Saniewski) about the genre of court drama and its important, from a social point of view, role in cinematographic achievements. During the post discussion panel attorney Igor Gładysz also took part in the discussion.
The ceremony was held under the patronage of the Supreme Bar Council and the District Bar Council in Bydgoszcz.
