dr Anna Malicka – Ochtera

We are pleased to announce that on 28 September 2015, Adv. Anna Malicka – Ochtera received a PhD in legal sciences based on the work “Limits of the defender’s actions in the criminal trial”. The promoter of the work was prof. dr hab. Jerzy Skorupka, and reviewers of prof. dr hab. Jacek Giezek and prof. dr hab. Paweł Wiliński. On the basis of the Resolution of the Faculty Council, the dissertation was awarded and submitted to the “State and Law” competition for the best doctoral dissertation.
