Law in sport

We have extensive experience in widely understood disciplinary and anti-doping proceedings conducted before the bodies of Polish sports associations and bodies of international sports federations. So far, we have provided legal assistance, including in WTS Sparta Wroclaw. We were trusted by both team players (speedway, football, basketball, volleyball) as well as athletes practicing mixed martial arts disciplines or athletics.

We represent players, trainers, managers and other physical persons related to the sports industry. We also perform on behalf of sports clubs. ia in disciplinary proceedings in the Polish sports association or international sports federation, as well as before arbitral tribunals and arbitration courts.

We advise on the procedural aspects of the fight against doping. We also conduct other incidental cases related to the main disciplinary and anti-doping proceedings. In particular, we conduct cases regarding the protection of personal rights of the accused.
