On behalf of our clients, we negotiate and then prepare agreements in the field of commercial law. We also draw up legal opinions on contracts concluded in the course of the company’s operations, eg sales contracts, delivery contracts, lease contracts, construction contracts or framework agreements. We also provide comprehensive assistance in the process of establishing or closing commercial law companies as well as branches and representative offices. We comprehensively prepare employee documentation, including employment contracts, non-competition agreements, and managerial contracts and cooperation agreements.

We represent the interests of our clients in the mediation process, and if it does not bring the expected results, we undertake representation in common courts of all instances, both at the pre-court, court and enforcement stage. We also appear in administrative proceedings before public administration authorities and administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court. We also carry out debt collection activities at all stages of debt collection.
