The Advocates’ Company of Malicki i Wspólnicy advises and represents Clients in matters related to medical law. We provide legal assistance in a broad sense to physicians and medical centers at all levels of their activity. We advise medical entities in their current operations, we analyze and refine from the formal side projects of medical documentation, we prepare legal opinions. We help physicians and entities in a conflict with patients, both in civil and criminal cases, as well as in matters related to professional liability.

In matters related to medical law, experience is the key. Attorney Andrzej Malicki has been interested in medical law for many years. He is a recognized author of many scientific publications and a lecturer in the subject of “Medical Law” at the University of Wrocław. Both Attorney Malicki and other lawyers who deal with the medical law in the Company, using their many years of experience, make every effort to bring delicate medical matters to the best possible solution. Numerous publications in medical journals are the result of the acquired experience.

We undertake to represent clients in proceedings at committees dealing with medical events, as well as in court proceedings. We mediate in attempts to settle disputes between patients and entities providing medical services.

In the field of medical affairs, we cooperate with Dr. Agata Wnukiewicz – Kozłowska, Head of the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Medical Law and Bioethics at the University of Wrocław, a specialist in the field of medical law.
