He specializes in civil and family law. He also runs cases in the field of economic, criminal and administrative law. He represents clients in matters related to broadly understood medical law.
In the course of his professional practice he held many positions of major importance. During the two terms of office, he covered, inter alia, the office of the Dean of the District Bar Council in Wrocław. He was also the Chairman of the Professional Advocacy Training Committee of the Supreme Bar Council and he took an active part in the work on the draft of the Law Act of the Bar.
Currently, he lectures at the Postgraduate Studies in Medical Law and Bioethics at the Faculty of Law of Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. He also conducts classes at the Lower Silesian Medical Chamber. He declares at the Provincial Commission for Adjudication of Medical Events. He is also a lecturer in the Training of Trainee Attorneys and a longtime examiner, currently in the Wałbrzych Chamber. In addition, he is the author of many scientific publications, in particular in the field of medical law.
A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Wrocław. He completed a lawyer’s application and court application. Currently, he is working on a doctoral thesis on the independence of the judge and the independence of the lawyer in the trial. In 2019, he obtained a PhD in the discipline of legal sciences.
He takes part in many social actions and pro bono activities are often undertaken. His passion is sport – he is a sailing instructor, a yacht sea helmsman and a speedway speaker.
