Senior partner of the Malicki and Partners Attorneys Company. Specializes in commercial criminal law, commercial law and civil law. He is a defender in criminal cases and as a representative in court proceedings in the field of civil and commercial law, including construction law.
He gained professional experience by providing ongoing legal advice to entrepreneurs as well as other entities. In particular, he drafted legal opinions, analyzed draft contracts and consulted undertaken activities, in which he specializes to this day.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław. He was an advocate trainee in the Henryk Rossa’s Attorney Law Company and the Consensus Advocate Company Malicki, Rossa, Lis s.c. In 2003, he was entered into the list of advocates of the Bar Chamber in Wrocław.
