Specialist in the field of substantive criminal law. He deals, among others issues related to the judicial assessment of punishment, forms of committing a crime and basis for exclusion of criminal responsibility as well as selected issues of economic criminal law.
A long-term academic lecturer. He is the head of the substantive criminal law department at the University of Wrocław. He is also a member of the Supreme Bar Council and the Chairman of the NRA Ethics Committee. In the years 2007-2013, he was a vice-dean of the District Bar Council in Wrocław. The author of many publications in the field of substantive criminal law, law on the barrister and rules of ethics profession.
A graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wrocław. In 1997 he was entered on the list of advocates.
