He represents business and private entities in court and criminal proceedings. Provides comprehensive legal assistance to individual and collective entrepreneurs and individuals in the field of broadly understood real estate law. He runs, among others matters related to investing in land property, as well as land easements and ownership disputes. He supports, among others architectural, musical and hotel industries, as well as the energy sector. He helps entrepreneurs in the process of negotiating and concluding trade agreements, in the process of registering trademarks and helping to solve labor disputes. He represents business and private entities in court proceedings and criminal law proceedings. He also provides legal assistance to foundations and public sector entities.
He gained professional experience, among others, by participating in legal services for the Regional Operational Program for the Lower Silesian Voivodship for the years 2013-2015.
The author of numerous expert opinions, legal positions and opinions in the field of administrative, civil and economic law as well as legal analyzes regarding the regulation of the status of employment agencies in EU countries. An expert on labor law and social insurance in the project “Model of contracting labor market services for people with disabilities”.
Since 2009, he has been a member of the Bar Association in Wrocław. From January 2017, he is also a member of the Team for Counteracting Prohibited Practices of Legal Services at the Dean of the District Bar Council in Wrocław.
Proficiency in English allows him to provide legal services to both Polish and foreign entities.
